Turnkey or Supply Only?

The best teams are built on knowledge, expertise and relationships. Unlike many agencies, with us you’re free to work with your preferred contractors for any element of your project. You can use us for procurement and supply only, or opt for our full turnkey service. This gives you the opportunity to build the best team for your needs, budget and goals.

Choose from our full turnkey service or select only the elements you need.

Every new build, renovation or ongoing maintenance project requires a level of organisation to keep everything running smoothly. If you don’t have a dedicated project manager, we can take on this responsibility for you. Karen and the team can oversee the project from start to finish, including budget management, negotiating trade discounts and liaising with contractors.

We bring in designers that fit well with the project and client and spend some time obtaining the brief and understanding the requirements before returning with some initial ideas and concepts, once this has been agreed we would supply moodboards, visuals and layouts in some cases CGI or VR is required in order to visualize the finished project

You can trust us to find the right furniture, fixtures and equipment to suit your design and budget. We have years of experience in selecting high quality pieces from around the world and closer to home. You can also count on us to find affordable versions of high end products, so you can create the look you want at the budget you have.

If we can’t find the perfect item of furniture for your project, we can make it instead. We work with talented manufacturers to create bespoke items for clients including wallpaper, carpet, fabrics, beds, art and lighting. We can design and manufacture your every requirement, for a real one of a kind experience.

Once you’ve found the perfect design, furniture and fixtures you’ll need a trusted team of installers. Instead of handing this over to another contractor, we can manage the installation for you. This means you can be sure everything will be handled with the highest level of care and attention to detail.
